Viktoriya is an incredibly talented nail tech. Actually, I call her an artist! There is no design she cannot paint. Her freehand artistry is impeccable. Her office is clean, her tools are fresh and new, and her attention to detail while painting on the gel and artwork is incredible. She is a sweet and kind woman who is a joy to visit. Side note: she also does permanent makeup skillfully! I couldn’t be happier with my nails. They are the healthiest and most beautiful they have ever been.
